Returns

We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t work out.
That’s why you can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, no questions asked.

How it works:

  1. Send us a quick e-mail at hello@timaflow.com saying you’d like to return your order.

  2. Pack the items you want to return (please make sure they’re unused and in the same condition as when you got them – with original tags and packaging).

  3. Ship them back to us at: TOBESAFE Wojciech Bednarz, ul. Lotnicza 1/1, 82-500 Kwidzyn within 14 days.

  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your payment (including the original delivery cost, up to the cheapest shipping option) within 14 days.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or yoga mats once they’ve been opened. Personalized/custom items are also non-returnable.

 

Complaints (if something’s wrong)

We care a lot about quality – but if your item arrives faulty or something’s not right, here’s what to do:

  1. Send us an e-mail at hello@timaflow.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo.

  2. We’ll get back to you within 14 days and let you know the next steps.
  3. If your complaint is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping and either replace, repair, or refund your item.
