Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How do I return an order?

Send us a quick e-mail at hello@timaflow.com, pack the items (unused, ideally in the original packaging), and send them back to TOBESAFE Wojciech Bednarz, ul. Lotnicza 1/1, 82-500 Kwidzyn within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return any product?

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned:

  • underwear, swimwear, and yoga mats after opening (for hygiene reasons)
  • personalized or custom-made products
When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check the returned items, we’ll refund your payment (including the cost of the cheapest shipping option) within 14 days.

What if the product is damaged or not as ordered?

Send us an e-mail at hello@timaflow.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We’ll respond within 14 days and arrange the best solution – replacement, repair, or a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

The Customer covers the return shipping cost, unless the complaint is accepted or the return is due to our mistake.
